THIRD TRAINING PROGRAM OF THE PRIORITY AREA 2 TO THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA ON THE EU’S 3RD ENERGY PACKAGE

 

After the success of the first two training programs for the energy sector of the Republic of Moldova in February and March 2013, the third training program is taking place in Chisinau on 27-29 May, 2013 on the practical implementation of the EU’s 3rd energy package.

During the last workshop in March the counterparts agreed in the professional content which includes the following main topics:

  • General customer protection related issues (gas and electricity),
  • Service Quality,
  • End-user switching process (from one supplier to another),
  • Exemption (from Third Party Access obligations).

Experts and delegates from various EU MS’s will share their knowledge and experience for the benefit of the energy sector in Moldova. From the Moldovan side, lead experts from the Ministry of Economy, representatives of the regulatory authority and the relevant energy companies will attend the training.  The Priority Area 2 will be represented by István Joó, Chief Advisor and Szilvia Nagy, Advisor.
