In response to the 2014 Progress Report of the Energy Priority Area, the Directorate-General for Regional and Urban Policy of the European Commission provided its feed-back in January 2015.
The European Commission highlighted that nearly all Action Plan measures of PA2 are advancing or were completed and much conceptual work has been done. The Commission noted and appreciated the proactive effort and commitment of PA2 towards cooperation with other Priority Areas as well as other macro-regional strategies. The efforts of the Priority Area to include third countries in the cooperation were also appreciated.
